Privacy at a glance
Three categories explain the complete data picture.
The registration number is sent to the application server to request the matching published result.
Recent searches, manual-calculator progress, and optional Advisor plans may remain on this device.
Passwords, CNIC details, email passwords, browser cookies, and private login tokens are not needed.
How data moves through the workspace
Entered for one published-result request.
Requests and processes the configured UAF source.
Displayed in the workspace without creating a public profile.
Browser-only data stays separate. Recent searches, calculator progress, and saved plans are managed by the current browser controls below.
Browser storage and encrypted result caching
Up to three registration numbers may be stored locally. Result details are not stored with this list.
Semesters and course entries may be saved locally so progress can be restored on this device.
Named planning scenarios may save selected course identifiers and expected marks in local browser storage.
A successful result may be held briefly in encrypted server storage to reduce source load and provide a clearly labelled fallback.
PNG and PDF files are generated locally and stored by the device. Protect them as personal academic information.
Cache keys do not contain the plain registration number. An older fallback is never labelled as a new live result.
Operational and reliability logs
Hosting and security systems may temporarily record an IP address, request time, browser information, response status, and error reference ID for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
Allowlisted product events may record whether a lookup succeeded live, used a recent cache, timed out, or failed during refresh. These events do not contain registration numbers, student names, courses, marks, grades, or result content.
Manage data saved in this browser
The controls inspect this device, show whether data exists, and remove only the selected browser records. They do not change a UAF record or an encrypted server cache that expires automatically.
The registration chips shown below the homepage search field.
Semesters and courses saved by the manual CGPA calculator.
Saved course-improvement scenarios and expected marks.
Use one action to remove all data managed by these browser controls.
Safer use choices
- Avoid opening academic results on a shared device when others can access the browser session.
- Close the page when finished and remove recent searches when privacy matters.
- Redact the student name and registration number before sharing screenshots.
- Do not share PDFs containing another student’s academic information.
